1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for orders within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Custom/bulk orders are eligible for return only if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
You must provide your order number and proof of purchase when contacting us.

2. How to Request a Return/Refund

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please contact our customer support team at support@keplerisco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

For returns due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges
