How to Track Your Keplerisco Order
We make it easy to follow your order from our workshop to your door. Here's everything you need to know:
1. When You'll Get Your Tracking Number
Once your order is processed and shipped (usually within 1-2 business days of purchase), we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.
2. How to Track Your Order
- Option 1: Use the Email LinkSimply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view your package's status, estimated delivery date, and current location.
- Option 2: Contact UsIf you can't find your tracking number or have questions about your delivery, reach out to our support team at support@keplerisco.com with your order number, and we'll assist you right away.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Mexico: 7-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
4. For Bulk/TOB Orders
If you placed a bulk or custom business order, your tracking information will be sent to the contact email on your order confirmation. For any questions about bulk order shipping, please contact our business team at info@keplerisco.com.
